Networked Thought and Action (NTA)

The NTA method has been employed at T&N since 1999. New employees were introduced to the subject matter during a training day, as they are every year. The purpose of this initiative is to analyze manageability issues within T&N, as well as strengths and weaknesses, in order to come up with appropriate measures. For the first time, the course was also attended by employees from our branch office in Crissier. The training was simultaneously interpreted to ensure that its contents were properly understood and that all participants were able draw maximum benefit from the course. The objective of the training: Participants are introduced to a clear, step-by-step approach that facilitates the comprehensive analysis and visualization of complicated problem issues. They discover the logical flaws that typically arise when dealing with complex issues and learn how to eliminate them. In this way, problems are viewed not in isolation but within a broader contextual framework. The ability to take action is enhanced by a resolute focus on manageable outcomes.
