Selection Procedure

Process:
1.	Information -visits according to the information program
2.	Job-related information - «work experience», visiting days
3.	Inquiry - application questionnaire
4.	Aptitude review - logical thinking, language skills, technical comprehension, visual understanding of spatial dimensions, mathematics, manual work, ability to concentrate, perseverance
5.	Interview - getting to know you. Are we the right place for the apprentice? Does the apprentice fit in with us?
6.	Hiring - contract
